Dr. Konstantin Frank 2008 Dry Riesling

By Lenn Thompson, Editor-in-Chief If you live outside of New York and have had a Finger Lakes riesling, there's a better-than-good chance that it came from Dr. Konstantin Frank Vinifera Wine Cellars, one of the most widely distributed producers in the state.  And, if you like your riesling minerally and steely, this is a great choice from the Finger Lakes.  The nose is very slatey with underlying lime and green apple character.
