The next in our series of New York Cork Report Artisan Dinners will take place once again at Luce & Hawkins on Wednesday, August 31 at 7 p.m.

This time around, we'll be joined by winemaker Kareem Massoud of Paumanok Vineyards, who will be pouring a mini-vertical of his family's chenin blanc — with the added treat of the 1993 Late Harvest Chenin Blanc.

Chef Keith Luce has put together an incredible four-course menu to pair with the wines:

Coconut- and chili-plumped oysters, lemon-ginger salted shaved melon
Paumanok Vineyards 2008 Chenin Blanc

Poached rabbit and lobster-foie gras ravioli
Paumanok Vineyards 2010 Chenin Blanc

Roasted beets and duckling "prosciutto" smoked walnuts & honeyed yuzu pepper
Paumanok Vineyards 2009 Chenin Blanc

Orchard fruit crumble, cinnamon basil, white chocolate-corn ice cream
Paumanok Vineyards 1993 Late Harvest Chenin Blanc

Seats are $95 (including tax and gratuity) and we only have 40 seats available for this dinner — which I expect to sell out.

If you'd like to join us, please email me asap to reserve your spot.
