I had the pleasure of meeting Doug Gulija a while back at a Chardonnay vertical tasting event and this guy REALLY knows his wines. It shows in his restaurant’s wine list and the impressive number of wine dinners he holds. I won’t be able to make this event…but I’m trying to convince him to co-host one with me sometime. Should be fun.
