I’m still working on my write up of the 1995 Long Island reds tasting from last weekend, but one of the participants, Neil, has finished his already. This was only the second time that I’ve tasted with Neil, the first being Brooklyn Uncorked last spring, but his love of wines from the Loire and Burgundy was joyously apparent as he tasted these wines.
