Harvest 2012: They’re All Done at Sparkling Pointe

Leo Manno, wholesale manager at Sparkling Pointe, tells us that harvest was wrapped up at Long Island’s sparkling wine-only producer.
We finished the harvesting of all varieties yesterday: chardonnay, pinot noir, and pinot meunier. Overall we have harvested 64 Tons of Grapes. Brix were around 18.5-19.5 towards the end.
Congratulations to Sparkling Pointe! They produce incredible wines, and the 2012 is going to be something to look forward to!
