Yesterday, the team at Pindar Vineyards processed 21 tons of Cayuga, grown by Jim Bedient at Bedient Vineyards in Branchport, NY.

Winemaker Edward Lovaas said the fruit was “clean” and that it will go into the winery’s popular Winter White.
