Last week, Chef Lia Fallon left her previous job to become the executive chef at the Riverhead Project and as such, we’re moving our “Drink New York” dinner next week there too. The time, price and menu will all be the same.
And, after talking with winemaker Duncan Ross yesterday, it sounds like he’s going to bring a special treat or two from the winery’s library — yet another thing to be excited about.
